Hi Bob,

I had one fail during the first year... since then nothing. Ward Richardson sent me two at no charge.

Bob, I have had the float switch in both heads fail.  I now have four spares onboard.  After the first switch failed in the aft head I had to order two spares from France thru Beneteau USA.  Then the day before departing on the Caribbean 1500 this past November the switch in the forward head failed.  Either Todd or Ward sent me one free and I ordered two more.

When the float switch was being replaced in the forward head I had switches installed near the macerator switch in each head so I could turn the shower sump pumps on without having to take everything out from under the sinks to get to the manual switches on the pumps.
This has proven to have been a good idea as the float switch in the forward head sometimes does not work for no apparent reason and I have been able to simply use the switch I had installed.

Dear Michael,

I had the same experience last year and replaced both switches. It has
happened again on our first trip this year. I talked to Ward yesterday
and he is sending two new switches free of charge. I also ordered two
override switches as you have done. I guess the switches are faulty.

Regards, Bob
