It's a Marriage between Francisco Silveira and Maria Dutra from 1716, It's to blurry for me to read and i'd appreciate if anyone could help me out.

Maria Dutra, dau of Francisco Dutra (fisherman, I believe) and of Maria Goncalves (Glz). Someone is a native of Faial (the island). 

Hopefully someone can get more of the record.

It looks to me like “Matriz” [da Horta] parish on Faial, which could make some sense as it’s just across the water from Madalena on Pico.

Thanks for all the advise, I tried using Ancestry's sharpen feature to sharpen it, but it warped the words around even more.

Lucas, for hard to read records, on a Mac, open the jpg with preview.app. With that open in that app, go to tools > Adjust color > from here you can pull the middle level node in what liooks like a stereo equalizer to adjust levels to try to have the image display more legibly. Additionally, you can adjust the exposure, contrast or sharpness.

Some similar app on a PC likely exists that will allow you to sharpen or adjust the black or greys in the image to make it more legible

I know this priest’s writing pretty well. “Francisco Silveira son of Simao Pereira and Ursula de Azevedo natural of parish of Santa Barbara(Ribeiras) of this island(Pico) with Maria Dutra daughter of Francisco Dutra pedreiro(stonemason) and Maria Goncalves natural of Matriz of island of Faial, both residents of this parish”
