Who are her parents?

Any other information would be great. I am not very good reading these older records.

I see Manuel Gomes da Cunha because you put that idea in my brain! Maybe someone else has another idea.

After Maria Nunes, it says natives (both) of Santo Amaro.

Bride, Barbara da Silveira, widow of Braz Pereira. Her parents are not listed. You'll have to pull her first marriage.

I see it too! 

At first, I was thinking that it also looks like it could be Manuel Gomes de Quadros (scribbled so the S disappeared). But below, the signature of the officiant is Antonio de Quadros and there his Q is obvious. 

Also, sometimes Gonçalves is scribbled together, so it could be Gonçalves da Cunha. 

But, in all honestly, I think your first hunch (Gomes da Cunha) is the best. If you look at the line above Cunha, the "C" in "Costa" is written the same way - looping.
