margin note help

The record for Diodata has extensive margin notes.  

1 - marriage 20/X/1911 to Jacinto Raposo Pimentel.  No month given??

2 - note regarding something 11 November 1957  ?

3 - think this note is stating that her husband died 2-12-1925.  What more is in this note?  Would that note imply that she was getting married again?  Otherwise why would a note about the spouse's death be on the baptism?

4 - final note states she died in Santa Luzia, Angra do Heroismo 6-5-76 then what is written out about June 1976.  

When the date is written as 2-12-1925 or 6-5-76, is it presumed that it is day-month-year as the date would be written out longhand?

Surprised I could glean that much from the margin notes because usually I can't read them at all.

1) I *think* X stands for December. Some old Latin or Roman thing.

2) That's the date they wrote the note?

3) Hubby died 2 Dec 1925. And the record number. It's in her baptism so they know that she's widowed and able to marry againg.

4) She died 6 May 1976 and they made the note on 3 Jun 1976.

Yeah, day - month - year. I think the whole world follows that format. America is weird and flips the day and month. Logically, going from small (day) to the next largest (month) to the largest (year) makes sense.
