Translation Help - in the margins

Hi all, 

I am having a hard time making out what is written in the margins for Beatriz de Gloria, number 34, on the right. I was able to make out who she married; however, I am struggling with what is written in blue. Any help would be great! Thank you!

I think it says she died in the freguesia of Sao Pedro on 18 day of record 136. Then the note was made 19 Mar 1963. So I'd say she died 18 Mar 1963.
