Baptism child's name: Manadas SJ 1729

I could use some help with the bottom left record.  I am fairly sure the father is Bartolomeu Pereira Bettencourt (spelled Bitamcurt) and the mother is Luzia Machado.

What is the child's name?  It looks like filha but later looks like batizado so I'm not even sure if it's a boy or girl.

I believe the birthdate is ? (possibly 8) Apr 1729 and baptized on 9 of the same month.

Thanks Cheri.  After setting it aside for a day, a second look didn't help.  It is a tough one.  I'll make a note to see if the actual book is any clearer next time I visit the archive.
