My aunt is deceased and did not have enough DNA left to do the new family finder test.  Her daughter is interested in taking the test.  If she orders family finder now is that the new version?  Also will we be notified when they have a sale on it?  Thx.

Yes, all tests are the new format. I forgot the date the started that, but it's been a couple of months.

Right now, for new testers, the Family Finder test is $79 USD (+ S&H). They traditionally have a sale around American Thanksgiving in November, then about a week or 10 day break and then the Holiday Sale in December (ending early January). I have no clue as to the sale price.

Upgrades from the old Family Finder to the new format is $29 USD.
