I need some help with Lazaro's father last name ( top left)

Manoel ________?

Also, his mother Antonia Raposa is from Faial da Terra, is this correct?

on Lazaro's marriage record, his parents are listed as Manoel Francisco & Antonia Raposa from Sao Jorge Nordeste

Manuel Neto. You can see his crazy Ns in the word Nossa when he writes about the church. Maybe he's Manuel Francisco Neto.

Yes, mom is from Nossa Senhora da Graça, the church at Faial da Terra. There's a list of churches on the Azores GenWeb here that can confirm your suspicions:

Just do a Ctrl+F on a computer to find the church or freguesia.
