Assistance reading casamento

I am having trouble making out the names of the parents on this record.

Record on the right side of the page for Manuel Jose de Bettencourt and Anna Joaquina.  I got the date of 27 September 1830.  Don't see where ages are given for Manuel or Anna.  I think I see Manuel's father is Jose ??? de Bettencourt, very unclear but could be Souza?  Manuel's mother I see as Izabel Ignacia.  Anna's father looks like Manuel Ignacio de Bettencourt and her mother is Maria da ??? deceased.  I cannot find marriages for either of these parent couples on Sao Jorge to compare names and the only baptismo for a child of Manuel and Anna that I have does not list grandparents.  Does the record say if they are from a different conselho/freguesia?  Struggling with this one.

Groom is the son of Jose de Souza Bettancourt and Isabel Ignacia de Bettancourt.

Bride is Anna Joaquina de Bettancourt, dau. of Manuel Ignacio de Bettancourt and Maria do Sacramento, deceased.

All are natives of this parish.

It was somewhat abbreviated. Typically, ages are not given in this time period. They start around 1860ish.
