Hi all,
At last I have found a group which is honest and clean
I visited 2 groups on avian bird flu earlier and I found that they were
just spamming and making a marketing issue of the serious threat
menacing us .
I will be reporting those to google :)
If you have come across any URL with the prefix as drugdelivery , do
not click on them , they are pharmacy people trying to sell you
products like tamiflu etc.
They even dont have proper target information .
I would like the group members and moderators to support me in finding
such malpractices, so that we genuine people are not hurt
sentimentally.

I agree to you .
People like drugdelivery do not have the resources nor the money to go
in for genuine marketing techniques . They find an easy way out by
posting product URLs in places as this .
In order to maintain the viability of this group , i had to moderate it
.
As far as the drugdelivery URLs are concerned , I have concluded that
they are coming from the same set of IDs with no changes . It is really
pathetic .
I also saw the URLs in my group.The earlier ones were better than the
recent ones.
I think we must take an initaitive against people such as drugdelivery
.
I am always there to help you in our cause to make google groups a
better place to be .

You are of course 100% right in your feelings towards the drugdelivery
angle.
I have taken considerable time and sought the approval of many online
before making a decision to build a site with positive, well informed
opinion about this whole issue but it cannot be ignored that folks will
be looking for product, service and community information too.
It is important that we keep the commercial aspect directly from the
forum whilst ensuring that if and when the worst occurs we can point
the ever increasing number of people concerned towards as good a
product or service as we are able to suggest.
Every conflict or pandemic etc. is commercially good for somebody, it's
horrible but inevitable that if somebody has developed something that
helps when such an event occurs they will benefit. Our aim must be to
discuss things that we see, in an honest way and support those things
that help.
The place for the commercial aspect is a website acting with
responsibility for ALL issues and put together by a consortium and not
just a greedy individual. If commercial income supported such a site I
see no conflict as long as it is not sponsorship.I would be the first
to recommend the reporting of any inappropriate commercialisation.

I found a really interesting thing about the guys posting the
drugdelivery URLs. They change their nickname everytime they visit a
new group .
Take this :

I have had similar posts by the same set of authors .
I also mailed the groups I was actively involved in and they promptly
removed such link posts .
Drugdelivery is a growing spammer and must be stopped at the earliest .
I think that the governments of the world are doing quite well to face
the impending pandemic . In fact , These drugdelivery guys do not even
have a proper customer support . They fake up all sorts of tracking
numbers to keep the customer at bay . I have had readers complaining of
the fact . This was also one of the tertiary reasons to remove the URLs
of drugdelivery . I think we have better pharmacies . They just invest
in petty tactics such as this to get the sales .
I wish to make my group clean and informative . So that people come
back and give me a good word about the placed URLs. Not drugdelivery
atleast.
I guess Romac, you will agree to this after seeing the URL pasted by
insane scribbler .
They have made up some avian bird flu groups as well and are merrily
posting their links there .many innocent group owners think that the
URL is informative and they place it on their group . Most of the
owners dont see an illicit URL in between good ones . They mask the URL
between some government and authentic URLs to cover it all up .
I wont call it clever marketing . I would better term it as "sly" .
I just checked the search and the results were really astonishing .
If you also want to see the results , just type the name "
drugdelivery.ca" in google groups search and see for yourself .
I think we must move together in removeing such sly marketeers.

To my surprise , I find that my post is deleted from the groups where i
found drugdelivery URLs. This makes the matter all the more evident
about the intentions of these people .
I have the message ID safe with me & I am going to report this to
google for sure .
The intentions of these people are not good and therefore they have
removed my message.
I'll send a detailed report to google about my findings . I would ask
you Romac & Ruben to help me safeguard other groups from such illicit
people .

I will email you a complete list of owners who have had these urls.
If required , i will mail the URLs to google too .
I have my presence in approximately 500 health related groups . I bet
that these guys have targeted other genuine causes as well .
