I just saw your join requests and approved them.
The forum does not notify me of new join requests and they are invisible
from the the listserv interface I use (Thunderbird).
The forum welcome message says to post here when you join because I do
get notified about non-member posts. But, apparently, no one ever reads it.
I'm sorry for the delay.
