"STS for Resilient Futures: Advancing research on climate, technology, and societal information" is designed as a global academic platform to advance interdisciplinary collaboration, bringing together insights from science, technology, and the social sciences to inform evidence-based policymaking and social development. It also aims to promote innovation grounded in ethics and equity, while addressing the urgent challenges posed by the climate crisis and the ongoing digital transition. The initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and seeks to strengthen research and policy networks at both regional and international levels.
Conference Overview
- Theme: Resilience and Disaster Management, AI and Digital Transformation, Climate Sustainability, Health and Well-Being, Food Security and Biodiversity, Energy and Green Transition
- Focus: Explore the intersection of science, technology, and society by bridging interdisciplinary experts from academia, industry, and policy to address critical challenges in climate change and digital transformation.
