1999 A4 Water in the Trunk

Hi can someone help me. My trunk keeps filling up with water around the
spare tire and I have no idea how it is getting in. I cannnot go to the
car watch and everytime it rains I have to bail out the back of my car.

Keep some newspaper in the trunk and then Hose down the the trunk from the
top only. see if the water gets in.
If not, hose from under the car - and so on until you isolate the area. Most
probably its the rubber seal running under the trunk lid.
