I own a 1991 2-door disel Jetta. I have heard this may be a rare car.
Can anyone give me some more information about it.

Well, I believe it was only available as a 2-door that one year. But
that doesn't mean it's worth anything. ;-) Have you checked Google?

Thank you for the reply. I did take your suggestion and checked on
Ebay. A similar model recently sold for $2438.US. That is more than I
expected for the car. It has served me well since I bought it new. I
was thinking of updating but as a second car I think it still is great.
I now think a cheap body job and just keep driving it.
This VW is slow, noisy and a little rusty and that matches the driver
so we are a pair.
