I'm being watched!!

I know this is going to sound really strange.....A while back I started
hearing a girl talking about me and what I was doing at any given
moment. I thought I was going crazy, but I would strain to listen. It
was as if the person could hear me and see me. Over time I found out
(through listening) that this girl lived a few houses away (I still
don't know which house!) and that her dad (she is a teen)is a private
investigator. I don't know how she does it, but she can see me and
hear me. She says rude things and comments about me when I'm naked or
using the restroom. I've called the police - I'm sure the officer
thought I was insane, but still he could do nothing without a name or
address. I thought I was going crazy,but found out I was not one
evening when I was in my bathroom and heard her faintly saying my
boyfriend was having a sezure in the living room and he was! I cannot
afford equipment or a pi - what can I do to catch and stop this? I'm
tired of being this girls reality show. Not to mention I can't tell
anyone since they'd send me straight to the looney bin! I'm 34 years
old and a nice normal girl, but I can't take it anymore. I've tried
ignoring it and even had conversations with her begging her to stop. I
don't believe I'm being investigated and even if I were, what are my
rights as far as privacy goes? Where can I look? What can I do? Any
suggestions? Help me please!
