RTGS to contractor and accounts submission

Dear flat owners,

                             As decided in GBM of 5th October that maintenance/construction work should not be stopped. After 3 days of exercise, Syndicate Bank account of FOAM has been reopened. Thereafter today, RTGS to contractor of Rs 9,80,000/- was given in order to carry on the maintenance work(copy attached). This payment of contractor was delayed due to seizing of Syndicate Bank account by few members. 

                            After giving RTGS to the contractor, I have submitted FOAM accounts to Dr. V.K Goel in the evening. The delay from 7 October was caused due to extra efforts lodged by me to reopen the Syndicate Bank account. It should be done by those members who have seized the account.

                              As we all know that two gentlemen have been introduced as our new signatory authority i.e Mr. Rakesh Mohan and Mr. Deepak Verman. I request you all to deposit installments(according to the area of your flat) to the new signatory authorities and reinforce the maintenance work.

Dear    All,

                   Thanks that the decision taken in AGM for the payment of blocked amount of Contractor payment has been finally honoured. This will ensure that the work does not get stopped by contractor due to non payment. As the new signatories have been assigned to the bank account, the members should now deposit the 2nd installment. The amount for sewer and water connection needs to be paid .It is also necessary for further payments of contractor ,bills for which have already been raised.

It is mischievious on the part of Secretary to say that payment was delayed due to seizing of account.The undersigned had ordered to pay the contractor long back but the secretary delayed the cheque to the contractor.Further when we went to the bank for reopening the account she got it stopped by threatening to the the bank manager.She also denied that she has signed in the Minutes the Meeting held on 5th October although she had signed before 29 members present there.She had intentionally put a wrong signature in the minutes so that at later stage she could deny it.All delay in payment to the contractor and Reopening of the account is attributable to the Secretary herself,but non else.

I hope she stops playing dilatory game soon in the interest of the Society.

                             In the connection to Mr.President's mail, I want to ask who seized the account in the hasty manner? was it done by me or by Mr.Rakesh Mohan ji? Are there any sign of mine in the seizing the account? I am sending the letter again. The letter is dated 28 September. That letter should be bought to GBM of 5th October. But without approval of GBM how can the resolution was send to the bank? Did you asked me Mr. President(FOAM) that the payment of contractor was released or not? You presumed that payment has been made without verifying the account. You have used your power to seize the account. You can check the account statement. We have paid Rs 1 lakh(98,000+2,000) of sewer laisioning to Mr. S.K.Dash on 23 September. Resulting into insufficient amount in the FOAM's account for the payment of contractor. Hence i have asked contractor not to deposit the check now as there is not sufficient amount in the account. In the mean time I asked members to deposit their dues in FOAM's account to make it sufficient for contractor. At the same time, i dont know how the board resolution for seizing of bank account was submitted in the bank without approval in GBM. I am not blaming you because you have already accepted that this action  should not be taken(jo hua wo galat hua). I have never denied that i have not signed in 5th October minutes of meeting. I was talking about previous board resolutions of 28 September and 1 October(copy attached) which were used to seize the account. I have not signed in these 2 board resolutions as I was not present in the meeting. Furthermore was it known to me that the minutes of meetings of 5 October will be send  to Bank Manager to reopen the account with my sign? In minutes of meetings i used short hand sign and for FOAM account, i have used my full signature. Hence the sign was mismatched fot reopening of FOAM account. Overall, i have given my concern to reopen the account in the interest of society. This misunderstanding is due to lack of communication. Why we are blaming each other and diverting from main issues.

 You may cancel the membership of those members who are trying to break integrity of FOAM.

It seems some people at the helm of affairs are being being guided by people with  malafide intentions...
Rules can not be selective...seems one person is targetted...while others are themselves flouting rules....
Unfortunate to observe seasoned people acting in haste then repenting...

The whole atmosphere is getting vitiated....where are we headed to..?...what do we actually want?....settle personal scores?....get some platform to get importance and pamper the ego?...it is very disappointing...
What diwali and what dussherra...hopes are now taking a back seat...
