Open to creatives of ALL disciplines, this engaging session introduces the core concepts and tools explored throughout the 8-week Artist INC program and features working artists sharing the practical strategies that work when building a sustainable creative career.

Gain a clearer picture of what Artist INC has to offer in person at our free "What Works" Workshop and Info Session on Wednesday, June 17 from 6:30- 8:30 PM at Studio Eight08. Connect with fellow local creatives and discover opportunities to deepen your involvement in the community.

Presentation by Outspoken Bean and Dominique Royem. Panel discussion and Q&A with Artist INC Houston alumni: Emily Areta, Adam Castaneda, and Nique Roots.

Make Music Day Houston is powered by community participation, and registration remains open through June 15 for music-makers, hosting spaces, and volunteers. Whether you’re a solo artist, band, DJ, neighborhood business, arts organization, or community group, there are plenty of ways to get involved. No formal venue, stage, professional experience, or fee is required—just a willingness to share music, welcome audiences, and help make June 21 a day to remember
