Request: Seeking festival application solutions

Greetings! 

Do you apply for and attend art festivals/markets etc?

I am searching for a new service that can handle image uploads for event applications.

There are many out there - sometimes finding them is a chore though!

Send me links! 

Alternatively - I can use a service that will host images online that is shareable and perhaps "members only."  Anything like that on the web?

I'm aware of zapplication, google services, jotform and eventsy -
