NFPA 1033 Fire Investigator Refresher Class - April 17-21, 2023
Arkansas Fire Training Academy, Camden
40 hour Fire Investigator Symposium
Complies with NFPA 921 and NFPA 1033
Topics will include:
Fire Investigator Responsibilities, per NFPA
Fire Department / Fire Investigative Unit Responsibilities, per NFPA
Courtroom Preparation
Peer Review
Computer Modeling
Case Studies
We will also have some Round Table Discussions. Feel free to bring some case files that you are able to share and talk about.

Prerequisites: Class Attendees must have successfully completed the AFTA or NFA 80 hour Fire Investigator class OR be IFSAC certified OR be a certified IAAI-CFI OR certified NAFI-CFEI.
-Free admission for fire department and law enforcement personnel.
-Private Investigators are welcome but enrollment fees will apply.
-Dorm space in our brand new dorm is available to all attendees (bring your own towels and bed linens or sleeping bag)
-Lunch is provided for all attendees
-Breakfast and Dinner will be available in our onsite cafeteria (meal fees will apply)
-Class size is limited and registration is required on line no later than 2 weeks prior to the class
