Family Care Council
12 Bi-Monthly Flagler County Meeting
The Area 12 Family Care Council
represents Volusia and Flagler Counties and assists persons with developmental
disabilities and their families. The Area 12 FCC meets about once a month.
Usually the meetings are held at the Agency for Persons with Disabilities [APD]
program office at 210 N. Palmetto Ave. in Daytona
Beach.
The current FCC 12 members are reaching out to Flagler County families and will now hold bi-monthly (every other month) meetings in Flagler County beginning Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm. Please see the Flagler County location listed below for the meetings. We welcome all individuals with developmental disabilities, their family members, guardians, service providers, and Waiver Support Coordinators. Hope you can join us in Bunnell on Thursday, October 12th !!!
