waiver support coordinators

Just got our letter offering the waiver and we have to sign up for a support coordinator. First, I don't know any one of them. Second, all of the choices are all over the northeast region from jax to gainsville, east podunk and everywhere else. 4 serve flagler

Can anyone advise an attempt at a process to decipher the many choices. How important is it to have a coordinator that is close?

the few we have to choose from in flagler are elisabeth swain in edgewater, donna wilby in newberry, francisco gonzalez in port orange, demetra driskell in jax, waysharnda mosley in gainesville and veronica gomez in st. augustine.
