SWAT-CUP Calibration Output Error

Hello,

I am trying to run a Calibration process for my SWAT model output obtained from ArcSWAT. I ran the SWAT model for a 23yr (1990-2012) simulation (including a 5yr NYTS) and now I'd like to run a calibration (1995-2003) and validation (2004-2012) process of 9yrs period each with the 5yr warm-up period on SWAT-CUP.

On running the SWAT_CUP calibration process, all calibration outputs were displayed except the "New_par.txt" section which notified that it doesn't exist.

I've tried all I can think of to resolve the error or locate the source of the error but nothing has worked yet. Please help out with as much advice and possible solutions as possible.

Below are the necessary files for running the calibration, validation, and sensitivity analysis process, please review and get back with responses as soon as possible.
