How to solve this problem?

There are a couple of things to check:

  • In Control Panel ensure it is set to English language and units;
  • You should also check that ALL permissions are set on your ArcSWAT installation and project directories;

When I faced a same error, I solved by cutting the black part of the DEM raster that has the low elevation as plain area. Actually by adjusting your basin map but not changing your outlet point at the end of your watershed you can pass this error.

Also, I click onthe  "Burn in" option by using the shapefile of streamlines.

Set parallel processing as 0 in the environment settings and work the delineation. It will complete the automatic watershed delineation for SWAT model.
