ArcSWAT becomes slow in delineating watershed

Dear Community,

I started delineating my watershed (area 500 sq Miles) using ArcSWAT with a threshold value of 1 sq mile. In the delineating process, everything works fine; however, when I try to finish the watershed delineation by pressing OK (Please see the attached image), it takes a very long time to finish. any idea how to fix this issue?
