Problem with Burn in Existing Stream Network

Dear ArcSWAT community,

While creating the streams by inputting the DEM and the shapefile of existing stream networks, I am getting the following error over and over again, even though my ArcGIS Pro has the Spatial Analysts licensed and enabled. Any idea how to fix this issue?
