error in uploading the pcp.txt file in arcswat.

I have been trying to do the following for two days now, kindly help me out with this, I am uplaoding a word file which states my issue with arcswat, i kindly request you to help me out with this. please

Hello everyone,

I have some questions about modeling in ArcSWAT.
1. Is it possible to model the recession of the alluvial water table?
2. If so, in addition to the water table fluctuation data and the flow rate of the neighboring river, what other types of data are required?

As far as I can see your pcp.txt file says the station is called
pcp78.17_30.58, but the file name is pcp30.58_78.17: lat and long have
got switched.
