Sediment is being severely trapped in my model

Hi All,
I ran the SWAT Error checker and got an Instream Sediment Change of -5.34 mg/ha compared to average upland sediment yield of 4.67 mg/ha.
This means that my channel is trapping 115% of the sediment yield.
I am calibrating this in SWAT-CUP and none of the spexp and spcon parameters help refine this. The model is just not sensitive to both. My flow nse is however 0.68.
Sediment nse is at a maximum 0.1
I also replaced Ch_eqn value to 1 to see if that did anything but it didnt. Can someone tell me why this might be?
