Following is the JD:

Responsibilities:

Support the IBM Spectrum Symphony with Unison environment (IBM Spectrum Symphony Advanced Edition)

Support multi-tenant PaaS and SaaS applications

Support applications across HPC clusters

Skills & Experience:

5-6 years of experience with IBM Spectrum Symphony Advanced Edition

Strong and trusted technical advisory skills

Grid environments spanning on premises and deployment in AWS

Managing incidents, escalating and service request

Responsible for product-specific incident management

Use technical best practices for troubleshooting accuracy

Use technical expertise of product functionality and effectively maintain this expertise to help end users.

Provide expertise in performance tuning.

Collaboration with the various teams

Provide documentation to the client/end users

Proficient in verbal and written communication
