two httpd.exe process are running in task manager among them one takes max cpu usage which is slow downing my site

I have hosted a site in windows serve 2008 with wampp and symantic endpoint programs running right now.

From past 4to5 days i am able to see two httpd.exe process are running in task manager among them one takes max cpu usage which is slow downing my site.

Can any one suggest, thanks in advance
