(SFCC) Lead

Must Have Skills:
· 6 plus years of Hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce cloud(Demandware certification added advantage), with UI skills (HTML5,CSS)
· Strong communication skills & ability to communicate well at different levels in client environment
· Ability to provide development support and function as a Tech Lead in an agile work environment
· Technical review of artifacts related to Code, design and guide team in right direction
· Able to work in onsite-offshore model with needed sync-up calls at nights to clarify the requirement/design queries
· Basic UI skills and ability to handle defect fixes for various devices like mobiles, tablets and desktop are expected
· Exposure in GIT/Stash/Source tree would be a big plus

Must Have Skills:
· Lead the development of reference and resource materials for this competency.
· Lead the development team of Demandware developers
· Extensive knowledge in Demandware Business Manager configuration
· Extensive experience in Demandware Script
· Good knowledge of jQuery, UI frameworks for implementation of Demandware solutions
· Diagnose and solve technical problems related to e-commerce and Demandware implementation
· Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for ecommerce solutions and articulate business need in terms of DW Business Manager Configuration
· Provide guidance, troubleshoot and answer questions related to DW template development
· Investigate frontend website bugs and implement HTML/jQuery/CSS fixes
