Job Summary:

Job Summary:
ERP functional analyst that has an understanding of SAP AR/AP/Project Orders and Master Data. The functional analyst will work with business partners, and other application team members to design, configure, enhance, and test SAP and SX.e applications. As a SAP functional analyst, you will document user requirements and design, assess available technologies, and recommend solution options. The SAP functional analyst must understand which components require changes to implement requested modifications. The Analyst will need to understand the SX.e ERP application and support interfaces with the SAP application.

Key Accountabilities:

• Act as a key resource for business groups as it relates to application configuration/changes and general support
• Ability to learn and understand the process of AR, AP, Project Orders and Master Data process and provide thoughts on design and enhancement
• Support the interfaces in AR/AP and Master data between SAP and SX.e application.
• Translates Users Business requirements into detailed functional designs for development, testing and implementation
• Day to day collaborate with business partners and other process area owners to identify needs to create or update custom applications in AP/AR/Project Orders and master data area
• Perform system configuration, modification and set-up for new projects, and enhancements to existing projects
• Leading and attending meetings for design sessions/requirements gathering
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide resolution related to responsible areas.
• Monitor day-to-day process flows from SAP/SX.e to other applications
• Meeting all deadlines and produce stable solutions to applications
• Ability to extract data from SAP and create reporting for data validation, testing and user requested reporting
• Assist with upgrade to latest version of SAP

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ SAP experience with AR/AP/Project Orders and Master Data
• Strong experience in configuring areas within knowledge areas
• Experience with SAP version 3.1H a plus
• Knowledge on integration with SAP to other applications like Vertex, Billtrust etc.
• Good to have understanding of SAP HANA
• Experience with the SAP upgrade a plus

Skills and Behaviors:

• Knowledge of project execution methodologies design, integration testing, regression testing, UAT,Cutover, Go-live
• Experienced using business orientated software and technical aptitude
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Excellent analytical, results-driven and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to communicate in technical and non-technical terms
• Strong desire to learn and keep update SAP and SX.e skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Understanding of the SQL query language a plus.
