Subject: 1st Annual Sun & Satisfaction - Saturday, May 15

College Sailing Alums,

Most of you have heard of the Snow & Satisfaction Regatta hosted by Yale University in the beginning of November for college sailing alumni. It's a great event that brings the top college sailing alum and top current college sailors together for a long weekend of sailing and socializing. Well, John Vandemoer and I had an idea to start a west coast event (but not limited to west coast sailors) for all those who returned to better weather. So, we are going to start hosting the Sun & Satisfaction regatta in May each year.

The first annual Sun & Satisfaction will take place on Saturday, May 15th. Report time will be 11AM and racing will end between 5-6PM. The format will be fleet racing in FJs and there will be a BBQ with refreshments following racing. Please organize your own crews. Limited housing is available for those who fly in on a first come basis. There is no registration fee.
