Min. Freq. thresholds and and Freq. Ref

Hi Laurence, 

A quick question just to make sure I'm not doing something wrong. I'm in version 4.3.1 and in keywords. In filtering keywords I want to impose a frequency threshold of 100 (in my target corpus). But, when I do that (using Min Freq) it is reducing Freq_Ref and Range_Ref for words that have a frequency of less than 100 in the reference corpus to 0. 

Screenshot 1 shows the frequency of 'scene' in my reference corpus with no Min. Freq set (n=81). Screenshot 2 shows the frequency of 'scene' when I have a Min Freq. threshold of 100 (n=0). 

Is it possible to avoid this, and have the Min Freq. threshold apply only to the target corpus?
