Removing Phrases from Text Files

Hello all,

I am a final-year undergraduate student in digital humanities attempting to analyze a collection of texts from my university's archives. The collection includes over 500 handwritten survey results from D-Day veterans, however the digital transcription includes the survey's questions. This obviously skews the data. I was wondering if anyone knew of any way to ignore specific phrases in AntConc? I tried to use the stop words function, but that excluded important information from the responses. 

I also attempted to mass-delete the specific phrasing from the text files using PowerShell, but the whitespace differs so I was unsuccessful.
