range/dispersion for wordlist

Dear Community,

is there any way to get values for range / dispersion for all the entries of a (lemmatized) word list at once (as it is available for n-grams/cluster). Of course, the information about the number of texts a word appears in is available in "Concordance", but it would be kind of time consuming to look it up for a couple of thousand words in a frequency list.

The question broad up by Fritz is interesting to me as well. I am analyzing a large corpus with AntConc and extracting the dispersion for every entry in the word list would take too long.
I know the feature from Wordsmith Tools (see https://lexically.net/downloads/version7/HTML/dispersion_in_wordlist.html ) and it is very useful!
Is there a possibility to include the range information in the AntConc word list?

Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

Dear Fritz and Elizabeth,

The AntConc word list tool (currently) doesn't show range information, which is a bit silly. I really should.  But, the cluster tool does show range information, so you can set the cluster size to 1 and get the range information.

For more precise per-text information, you can use my AntWordProfiler tool. To use this, you will need to load in a "levels list" of all the words in the corpus (for example, generated using AntConc). Then, load in your per-text corpus and the tool will give you all the information you need.

If you load in a full levels-list of lemma families, AntWordProfiler will also be able to display information at the lemma level or word level.
