Files won't open in Maya! Help

I'm running 2013 and I'm not able to open the files. I copied to the correct directory per instructions, however, all I get is a grey screen!!! HELP!

Ok finally found the solution for this problem. Now, I can't get the Icons to show on the shelf.

Keith,
I am running Maya 2013 64 Bit on Win10. Some of the scripts run and some don't. I tried I loaded them a long time ago. Have their been upgrades?
