the world scale option in create twisty segment script doesnt activate the node selection window

hi Everyone,

Dont know Why I am facing issues with scripts that were working fine two weeks back. But the world scale window in the create twist segment script, doesnt activate the node selection window below.

Anyone faced a similar issue ?? I tried it in different files, with the same issue, in each.

Hi hi,

Yeah I had similar issue a while ago, I think someone mentioned that the Create twisty Script is outdated and does not work correctly with maya 2014+.

Try replacing your twisty segment with this, it did the job for me.

But now, everytime the run the script, maya crashes :(

Not sure about the crashes, it worked fine to me though it is known that maya performs differently depending on the system.

Just out of curiosity did you executed it inside maya like in a script editor or did you replaced the original Jason's script in the AnimatorFriendlyRigging shelve?

hi,

i replaced the original script in the shelve. but its working now, copied it again, n it worked fine. Guess must have been some issue while copying it to the folder.
