Hi James!

Sorry it took so long to get back, but hopefully you've received the links now!

For anyone else curious, Fastspring (the company that sends the stuff) automatically expires links after 14 days.  If you need them again, simply email me (jason.sch...@gmail.com) with the receipt and I can re-enable them!
