My immune system gets stronger and stronger every day in every way.  My physical, spiritual etheric body is always surrounded with beautiful white light.  Inside my cocoon of white light, all my cells function naturally and easily just as God intended.  I feel incredibly good inside and out and I am grateful.

 

Dear Blessed Sentient Beings,

Breathe deeply into your lungs, drawing in the breath of life.  With each breath you draw, imagine white light penitrating deeper and deeper into your being.  Sense the white light cleansing each of your cells as it flows through your body.  Allow the white light to expand around you until you are in a cocoon of beautiful white light.  Imagine this white light protecting you today and always, as it converts all energy that comes your way into a healing, uplifting energy.  Take a moment to really "be" in this energy, expressing gratitude for this very moment, your only place of power.
