AdbWinApi.dll

I'm getting an error "AdbWinApi.dll was not found" when running
fastboot.exe? Any ideas?

I figured it out. The "tools" folder needs to be on your path.

You can find it in any Windows SDK archive, e.g. go to
http://developer.android.com/sdk/1.1_r1/index.html grab the windows
SDK and you'll find the DLL in tools directory.
