Config File Format

Hey Team,

I am trying to extend the EC2CloudPlugin for Eucalyptus support but can't figure out how to activate it. I remember Brian saying that I could pass the -e flag with this info but can't find any info about what needs to be passed.

Any guidance is much appreciated.
