Not able to install amfast on mac 10.6.x

I pulled code from the svn, but while installing I got this error:

python setup.py install

Another question: Is amfast still faster than the newer version (0.6)
of pyamf?

Headers were accidentally not included in the last PyPi release. Try
getting the code directly from SVN.

This error (nknown file type '.h' (from 'amfast/ext_src/amf.h')) is from the latest code I got from SVN.

hmm... I'll have to take a look at the code then.

I haven't done any benchmarking against the PyAmf 0.6 yet, and I don't know if that speed increase is supposed to be for the pure-Python version, or for the Cython version.

I tried the same from the svn source on osx 10.6 and get the same
error. Has this problem been fixed.
