Recomended Z80 Assembler for CP/M v2.2 and v3

Greetings
I am looking for recommendations for a good "Z80 assembler package" to add to my virtual CP/M (AltairZ80 SIMH) or Linux systems (as a cross assembler) or even an online assembler (I have already tried the ones listed  below).  

Also I am looking for a book:  8080/Z80 Assembly Language: Techniques for Improved Programming by Alan R. Miller (cover image is attached).  Yes I already have the PDF version... please email me directly if you have a copy and are willing to part with it.

Hi,  

The idea of not just the best, but two or three 8080 and Z80 assemblers might make a good demo video.  

Show each assembler in action from loading the .asm file to assembling and finally running the .COM file.
