250 Western Ave 

Saturday 1/4

- Work scheduled- exterior facade and site work within fence line 

Week of 1/6

- Exterior facade work will continue.

- Deliveries expected every day at Gates B and C.

- Delivery trucks will access the project site via Western Ave and or Everett St. and return to the expressway via Western Ave. No truck access on N. Harvard St.

Next Week 1/13

-All tasks will be performed above.

- Deliveries expected every day at Gates B and C.

- Delivery trucks will access the project site via Western Ave and or Everett St. and return to the expressway via Western Ave. No truck access on N. Harvard St. 

305 Western Ave 

Week of 1/6

- Misc delivery trucks (18 wheelers) will access the project site via Western Ave and or Everett St. and return to the expressway via Western Ave. There will be a state police detail for deliveries on Everett St. No truck access on N. Harvard St. 

Next Week 1/13

- All tasks will be performed above. 

Upcoming Impacts 

-Ongoing - There will be traffic impacts on Everett Street due to cranes. Please expect intermittent shut downs.

-Ongoing - A wood fence will be installed in the 300 Western Ave. lot
