As the Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) project continues, we will provide project notifications that outline upcoming and impactful activities, including a map of the area for reference.
Residential/Hotel
There will be work this Saturday, December 23rd starting at 7AM.
Crews will be installing forms and rebar inside the foundation area.
Tower cranes will be operational.
Concrete operations are ongoing.
Multiple placements are scheduled to take place over the next two weeks.
These placements will start during normal work hours.
Finishing work may continue past normal operation hours.
Waterproofing work continues on the site foundation.
A large generator is operating to provide temporary power to the site.
This generator will run 24/7 to support the power needs, especially heaters, on the site.
The site’s two tower cranes have been erected and are operational. They are designed to move or “weathervane” in the wind.
Laboratory and Office Buildings
Concrete and rebar operations are ongoing.
Waterproofing work continues on the site foundation.
Formwork and raker post activities will continue.

Next week some off-hours work will be required to assemble and disassemble the cranes from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. An early-hour, wide-load equipment pick up may be necessary.
