Help for Small Landlords The Office of Housing Stability hosts a virtual workshop, Help for Small Landlords on Wednesday, May 4 at 6pm. This workshop will walk you through the tenant screening and selection process, as well as the move-in and move-out process. We'll also discuss the City's lead abatement program, which offers you financial help to get rid of lead-based paint in your rental property.
