Proposal: New construction of a three-story building with six units and two parking spaces. The existing garage will be relocated to the front of the lot per BLC requirements and the new building will be attached to the garage. This application is to be reviewed in conjunction with ALT1538479 (1863 Commonwealth Avenue) as two or more dwellings on the same lot.
