Small Project Review Application (SPRA) for the proposed
1035 Commonwealth Avenue project located in Allston, received by the Boston Planning & Development Agency on October 25 2022.
The filing kicks off the public review process for the proposed project. Notice of upcoming public meetings will be posted on the
project website and sent out as soon as possible.
The following project description has been provided by the development team:
Proposed construction of a new 6-story building, five (5) stories of residential uses with a common roof deck that will include fifty-five (55) total Dwelling Units, five (5) three-bedroom residential units, fifteen (15) two-bedroom residential units, twenty
(20) one-bedroom residential units and fifteen (15) studio units, 3,653 square feet of ground floor retail, a residential lobby, parking for forty-four (44) bicycles and storage.
The public is encouraged to submit comments about the
proposed project. The current comment period will be open through December 02 2022, and can be extended if necessary. After the conclusion of the comment period, BPDA staff will review feedback and determine next steps. Proposed projects often go through
