Enterprise Research Campus
- occupancy of lab building has been approved
- sidewalks open around site
- paving of Western Ave scheduled for spring 2026
- greenway work will be remobilized in the spring
- 84 Seattle St project leadership is moved out
- this was a really big project and it went well
- we worked together with the community and addressed some really tough questions
American Repertory Theater
- tarping in quickly to protect from winter weather
- there will be wood paneling on the outside of the ART
- lots of deliveries for interior work
Neighbor question: what's next? There are headwinds against development for Harvard right now, so enjoy what we have once the construction stops; fewer construction vehicles, more people just going to work in the new buildings
We don't know when Phase 2 of the ERC will begin, but the fact that the lab buildings have been occupied larger than expected is good news; people want to be here.
Barbara Parmenter will come to the next meeting to talk about zoning.
