Our First Tree Keepers Session is Feb 21!
  • Do you know why trees are important for public health and safety?

 

  • Do you want to advocate for more trees in your neighborhood?

Find the answer to these questions and more at the first session of our Community TreeKeepers series!

This first session will introduce the meaning of tree equity, explain the benefits of urban trees, and explore the history of redlining and its effects on tree canopy coverage in Boston.

 

This session is designed for anyone who wants to learn more about urban trees, and for those who are interested in advocating for environmental justice.

 

This workshop is free to attend and open to the public. There is onsite parking available and the session is accessible via the Fields Corner Red Line MBTA station.
